FAQ

How often do you release collections?

I typically release collections once a month.

How can I know when the collection is going to be released?

There will be a countdown on the Home page of my website, as well as in my Instagram Stories. Make sure to follow me on Instagram @lotusflowerjewellery to get sneak peaks of the pieces that will be released.

Do you do custom orders?

Most of my time is spent working on my monthly collections, however, if you couldn’t grab a piece from my collection and the made to order pieces available are not exactly what you are looking for, send me an email to info@lotusflowerjewellery.com with the details of what you are looking for and I will work with you to create your piece. Please note it can take around 6 weeks for me to complete a custom piece, depending on what stage of the monthly collection I am at.

I wasn’t able to grab a piece I had my eyes set on during the collection release, will you be making more of those?

Since all my pieces are unique, they won’t be exactly the same, however, I do have similar stones and designs. Send me an email letting me know the piece you missed out on and I will try and get a similar one into the next release. Also, if you sign up to my email list, you will get early access to the collection and you might be able to buy it next time.

The piece that I want is sold out

Not to worry, I am probably already working on the new collection. Sign up to my email list so you can be the first to know when the new collection will launch.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

All pieces and gift cards are final sale. Please make sure you know your ring size before ordering, ring sizers can be found on Amazon for your convenience. Amazon ring sizer

How do I take care of my new sterling silver piece?

Sterling Silver pieces are easy to maintain and clean, however, please remove them before swimming, showering or exercise. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, spray and cleaning products. Store your jewellery in a dry area and if you want to polish your pieces use a polishing cloth.
