Processing & Shipping times
All orders are shipped from United States
Orders from my monthly shop updates, along with completed custom orders and any additional purchases made that month, will be shipped shortly after the shop update (usually the following Saturday)
Made-to-order pieces require approximately 2–4 weeks to be completed and shipped.
Shipping Within the U.S.
All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking via USPS.
Delivery typically takes 5 - 7 business days once shipped.
Shipping to Canada
I offer Canada Post shipping with tracking number, shipped from Canada (no customs fees or tariffs)
Delivery times can vary depending on location, approximately 7 - 9 business days.
International shipping
I offer worldwide shipping with tracking included.Delivery times vary by location but generally take 2 - 6 weeks after shipment.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of my control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. I’m not responsible for lost packages.
Please double- checked your shipping address at checkout. I’m you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible so I can update it before your order ships.
